A good screen capture tool can go a long way in documenting any sort of computer activity. Users manuals, blogs, quick emails, experiments, etc. can all benefit from pictures.
I was using printKey 
for a while, it was alright and did the job, but when it came to two monitors (doublewide) printkey wouldn’t work.
Instead of submitting a bug to the company, I got the Gadwin PrintScreen. They have a free version and works superb with dual monitors.
